Care designed around the individual.
Catheter care is provided with sensitivity and a strong focus on infection prevention and client comfort. Our trained staff follow clinical and hygiene protocols for the maintenance and monitoring of urinary and suprapubic catheters. Individualised care includes assessment of catheter function, skin integrity and signs of possible infection or complications.
Support is planned in consultation with the client and, where appropriate, their family and existing healthcare team. The exact approach depends on assessed needs, goals and clinical requirements.
